While the staff at reception were friendly and the location was convenient next to the tram station, I found the room rather disappointing and uncomfortable. The bed was one of the least comfortable I've encountered, and I was woken up early by housekeeping despite my 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations for a four-star hotel.
